What shipping methods do you use?

At Vicrez, we work with trusted carriers to ensure that your products are delivered safely and on time. We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate different customer needs, from standard shipping to expedited options.

Standard Shipping

For most orders, Vicrez uses UPS or USPS for standard ground shipping. The choice of carrier depends on the size and weight of the items being shipped.

• UPS Ground: Typically used for larger or heavier items. This method provides tracking and generally does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
• USPS Priority Mail: Used for smaller, lighter packages or for destinations where UPS cannot deliver, such as P.O. boxes.

Expedited Shipping Options

For customers who need their orders faster, we offer several expedited shipping methods through UPS. These options are available during checkout, and estimated delivery times are guaranteed (except in cases of carrier delays):

• UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery guaranteed within 3 business days.
• UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery guaranteed within 2 business days.
• UPS Next Day Air: Delivery guaranteed within 1 business day.

Note: Expedited shipping costs will vary depending on the size of the order and the destination.

Freight Shipping (Oversized Items)

For larger or heavier items that exceed the size and weight limits of standard shipping, Vicrez uses LTL (Less-than-Truckload) Freight services.

• Freight Handling: If your item ships via freight, it is important to inspect the shipment upon delivery. Ensure there is no visible damage to the packaging before signing for the item. If damage is visible, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

• Freight Delivery Times:

  • Delivery is typically between 5-7 business days for shipments within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
  • Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery time.
