At Vicrez, we offer Freight (LTL) shipping for oversized or heavy items that cannot be shipped using standard ground services. Freight shipping has some specific requirements and processes to ensure your order arrives safely. Below are important details and disclaimers to keep in mind when your order is being shipped via freight.
Freight Delivery Process

Delivery Scheduling:
- Freight shipments are not delivered like standard packages. The carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. It is important that you are available at the scheduled time to receive your shipment.

Inspecting Your Shipment:
- When the freight shipment arrives, it is critical to inspect the package carefully before signing for it. Look for any signs of damage to the box or packaging.
- If you notice any damage to the packaging, request that the driver allows you to open the shipment and inspect the product before signing the delivery receipt.
- If the driver refuses, or if you discover damage during the inspection, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at 1-855-714-9393. Be sure to take photos of the damage if possible.
Concealed Damage
- If you discover damage to your item after the delivery driver has left, this is considered concealed damage. Please contact Vicrez immediately to file a claim. Be sure to report concealed damage within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
Delivery Address and Redelivery Fees

Physical Address Required:
- Freight carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. You must provide a valid physical address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Redelivery Fees:
- If you are not available during the scheduled delivery window, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee. It is important to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment on the first attempt.
Storage Fees
- If you delay or reschedule the delivery and the carrier has to store your item, storage fees may apply. Be sure to accept your shipment promptly to avoid these additional charges.
Non-Returnable Freight Shipments
- Please note that freight-shipped items are non-returnable once they are delivered in good condition. Be sure to carefully inspect the product upon arrival to confirm it meets your expectations.
Damaged or Incorrect Freight Shipments
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item through freight shipping:

- We will work with the freight carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Please retain all packaging and the product until the issue has been fully resolved.
Important Freight Shipping Notes
- Signature Confirmation: Freight shipments require a signature at the time of delivery. The signature confirms that the product was delivered in good condition.
- Freight Shipment Time: Freight shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days within the contiguous U.S. but may vary depending on your location.
- Failure to Inspect: If you do not inspect the product upon delivery and later find damage, your claim may be denied.
