Check the Return Policy
- Before starting a return, make sure your item is eligible for return. Vicrez allows returns within 30 days of the purchase date for most items, provided they are in new and resalable condition.
- Some items, such as custom products and installed parts, may not be eligible for return. Review our Return Policy for a complete list of non-returnable items.

Log In to Your Account
- Go to Vicrez.com and log in to your account using your email and password.
- Navigate to the Order History section, where you’ll see a list of all your recent orders.

Select the Order
- Find the order containing the item(s) you want to return and click on it. Once you’ve selected the order, locate the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click the "Return or Replace Item" button next to the specific item(s).

Choose a Return Reason
- You will be prompted to select the reason for your return. Common reasons include receiving the wrong product, defective items, or simply deciding not to keep the item.
- After selecting the reason, you’ll be asked whether you want a refund or replacement.

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
- Once you've selected the items to return and the reason, an RMA number will be generated. This number is required to process your return.

Prepare the Package for Return
- Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Ensure all parts, manuals, and accessories are included in the package.

- For defective or incorrect items, Vicrez will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or replacement within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit will be applied to your Vicrez account.
