- Custom forged wheels
- Custom vinyl prints
- Used or installed items
- Wheels that have had tires mounted on them
- Pre-painted parts or items painted by the customer
- Vicrez+ memberships

Return Authorization: All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages sent without an RMA may be subject to a restocking fee or refused.
Refund Policy
- Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. If the original payment method is no longer valid, a store credit will be applied to your Vicrez account.
- Store Credit: Store credit is not redeemable for cash.
Open Box Items
- Return Window: Open Box items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Refund Method: Refunds for Open Box items are issued as store credit only.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date. We will:

International Orders
- Final Sale: All sales are final for international orders. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for orders shipping outside of the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO, or Canada.
