Custom Forged Wheels
- Custom wheels that are made specifically to your vehicle’s specifications are non-returnable. These products are manufactured on demand and cannot be resold or reused.

Custom Steering Wheels
- Custom steering wheels, designed and manufactured based on personal specifications, are non-returnable as they are unique to the customer’s vehicle and preferences.

Custom Vinyl Prints
- Custom vinyl prints, including those cut or designed to fit your vehicle, are non-returnable. Always double-check the design and fitment before placing your order.

Used or Installed Items
- Any item that has been used or installed is non-returnable, even if it appears unused. Once an item has been fitted, it is no longer eligible for return.

Wheels with Mounted Tires
- Wheels that have had tires mounted on them, whether done by Vicrez or elsewhere, are non-returnable. This includes both the wheels and tires, as they cannot be sold once mounted.

Pre-Painted Parts
- Any parts that come pre-painted or have been painted by the customer are non-returnable. Ensure the paint color matches your vehicle before placing your order.

Vicrez+ Memberships
- Vicrez+ memberships are non-refundable once purchased since they provide immediate access to member benefits such as discounts and free shipping.

Freight Items
- Items that require freight shipping due to their size or weight cannot be returned after delivery unless there was damage or a defect upon arrival.
International Orders
- For orders shipping outside the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or Canada, all sales are final. Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Why Are These Items Non-Returnable?
Certain products, like custom-made items or products that have been used or installed, cannot be resold as new. Additionally, some products are personalized to fit a specific vehicle or customer need, making them ineligible for return. We recommend carefully reviewing your order details and confirming specifications before completing your purchase.
What If I Receive a Defective or Damaged Non-Returnable Item?
If your non-returnable item arrives defective or damaged, you can still contact us for assistance. Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery for damaged items, and within 30 days for defective products. Vicrez will help process a replacement or refund if applicable.
